“CLUB” Foote Wine Club Registration

When you become a Foot Path family member, we ship you a semi-annual care package. You will receive six bottles of youthful wine from our fresh harvests around May and November.

Your membership also comes with a 20% discount our regular price.

By joining Foot Path Winery “CLUB” Foote, you authorize Foot Path Winery to bill your credit card for each shipment including taxes and shipping costs. You understand that it is your responsibility to notify Foot Path Winery to cancel or change billing or shipping information.

You understand that you can cancel your membership at any time after you receive at least one (1) club shipment but cannot cancel any shipments within fifteen (15) days of the shipping date. You will be notified at least two weeks prior to the shipping date.

If you elect to pick up your shipment from the winery, you must do so within 30 days or it will be shipped to you and you will be charged for the shipping costs.

By signing this form you acknowledge that you and the person receiving this shipment are at least 21 years of age. An adult at least 21 years of age is required to sign at the time of delivery.
